You’re more likely to stay on track and hit your goals when they’re not too big or vague.

Being part of a group or program helps you stay accountable to other people while also providing you with support and the tools you need to succeed. Look for local or online groups or programs to help you achieve your health and wellness goals this year, such as a dieting group or a fitness group.
